腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect analysis of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor

目的:探究腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的疗效分析。方法:2012年2月-2013年2月收治卵巢良性肿瘤患者116例,随机分为观察组和对照组个58例。对照组行传统开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术,观察对比两组临床疗效。结果:在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间比较中,观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重并发症,观察组无中转开腹病例,观察组术后并发症发生率8.6%,明显低于对照组的20.7%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术具有创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor.Methods:116 cases of benign ovarian tumor were selected from February 2012 to February 2013.They were divided into the aoservation and the control group with 58 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional open operation treatment,and the observation group were treated with benign ovarian tumor laparoscopic decortications.We compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:In the operation time,amount of bleeding,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The two groups were no serious complications occurred.In the observation group,no case was converted to laparotomy.Postoperative complication rate was 8.6%,which was significantly lower than the control group with 20.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Benign ovarian tumor laparoscopic decortication has many advantages,such as less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less complications and so on.It is worthy of promotion and application.
