消渴5号方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Xiao Ke 5 prescription in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome

目的:观察消渴5号方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组在糖尿病常规治疗的基础上给予甲钴胺胶囊口服;治疗组在糖尿病常规治疗的基础上,给予消渴5号方口服,均为3个疗程。对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率66%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:消渴5号方用于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证,可改善患者临床症状、提高周围神经传导速度,疗效确切。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xiao Ke 5 prescription in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome.Methods:64 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 32 cases in each.The control group were treated with the mecobalamin capsules on the basis of the conventional treatment of diabetes;the treatment group were treated with Xiao Ke 5 prescription on the basis of the conventional treatment of diabetes.Treatment time was all 3 cycles.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 94%.In control group,the total efficiency was 66%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiao Ke 5 prescription used in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome can improve clinical symptoms,and improve nerve conduction velocity.The curative effect is exact.
