摘要
目的:观察参附注射液治疗缺血性心肌病心衰的临床疗效。方法:75例缺血性心肌病心衰患者随机分为两组,参附注射液治疗组40例,在常规治疗基础上加用参附液射60 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中;对照组35例,给予常规治疗。观察2周后的心脏彩超和心电图改变。结果:治疗组有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率82.8%。经统计学处理,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可显著改善缺血性心肌病心衰患者的预后。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Shen Fu injection in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.Methods:75 cases with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.Shen Fu injection treatment group with 40 cases were treated with Shen Fu injection 60 mL plus in 5% glucose injection 250 ml on the basis of routine treatment;the control group with 35 cases were treated with conventional therapy.After 2 weeks,we observed the echocardiography and electrocardiogram changes of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 92.5%;in the control group,the total efficiency was 82.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shen Fu injection can significantly improve the prognosis of the patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.
