高血压合并糖尿病老年患者的总体化护理体会

Experience of the overall nursing in the elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes

目的:探讨高血压合并糖尿病的老年患者的总体护理效果。方法:收治高血压合并糖尿病老年患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组采取总体化护理,对照组采取常规护理。分析比较两组血压、血糖改善状况及患者满意度。结果:观察组总体化护理后血压、血糖改善状况均明显优于护理前,且显著优于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度远高于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:总体化护理高血压合并糖尿病老年患者能有效改善血压、血糖,有利于病情稳定,深受广大患者欢迎,值得在临床广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of overall nursing in the elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:80elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each.The observation group were treated with overall nursing.The control group were treated with routine nursing care.The blood pressure,blood sugar improve conditions and patients' satisfaction of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After the overall nursing,the blood pressure,blood sugar improve conditions of the observation group were significantly better than that before the nursing,and were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The patients' satisfaction of the observation group was far higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Overall nursing for elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood glucose.It is conducive to the stable condition.It has deeply the general patients satisfaction.It is widely used in clinical practice.
