摘要
目的:分析人性化服务的内容,探讨人性化服务在妇科体检中的优势,进一步提高妇产科服务质量。方法:2013年12月开始对妇科门诊进行健康体检的女性朋友实施人性化服务,营造一个轻松、自然的就医环境;检查结束后以匿名的方式对参加体检者进行满意度调查,并与开展人性化服务之前3个月的调查结果相比较。结果:在实施人性化服务后患者的打分明显高于实施前,满意度有所提高,两者间相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在患者妇科体检时实施人性化服务可以更好地取得体检者的理解配合,提高检查的准确性,获得更高的满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the content of the humanized service;to explore the advantages of the humanized service in gynecological examination;further to improve the service quality in department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods:For the female friends with physical examination in gynecology clinic,the implementation of the humanized service was began in 2013 December.A relaxed,natural hospital environment was created.After the inspection,the satisfaction survey was given to medical person by the anonymously method,and it was compared with the survey result before 3 months of the humanized service.Results:After the implementation of the humanized service,the grade of patients was significantly higher than before the implementation.The satisfaction had improved.The difference was statistically significant between the two(P0.05).Conclusion:When the patients with gynecological examination,the implementation of humanized service can better achieve persons understanding and cooperation,improve the inspection accuracy,and obtain higher satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
