健康教育干预对提高群众婚前保健参与意识的作用

Effect of health education intervention on improving the masses premarital care participation awareness

目的:探讨健康教育对提高群众婚前保健参与意识的作用。方法:随机选取进行婚检的240例未婚男女,给予综合健康教育方式,观察健康教育前后对于婚前保健的相关知识掌握情况和参与婚检情况。结果:健康教育后,对于婚前保健的相关知识掌握度明显高于健康教育前,自愿参与婚前保健,婚检满意度也明显高于健康教育前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响参与婚前保健的原因主要有对婚检作用和重要性认识不足,对影响婚育的疾病认识有差异,婚前保健的检查设施不完善,政府关注力度不够等。结论:对于适婚男女,加强婚前的健康教育,有利于提高参与婚检的意愿,提高自我保健意识,从而提高婚姻质量,减少缺陷儿和残疾儿的出生。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education on improving the masses premarital care participation awareness.Methods:240 cases of unmarried men and women for premarital check-up were randomly selected.They were given a comprehensive health education.The relevant knowledge grasp of premarital health care and participation of premarital check-up conditions before and after health education were observed.Results:After the health education,the relevant knowledge master degree of premarital health care was significantly higher than that before the health education.The voluntary premarital care and premarital check-up satisfaction were significantly higher than that before the health education.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Factors affecting participation in health care included lack of understanding of the role and importance of premarital care,the understanding differences of the disease of affecting the marriage,faultiness premarital health examination facilities and inadequate government attention.Conclusion:For the marriageable men and women,strengthening health education before marriage is beneficial to improve the participation premarital check-up will and to improve self health care consciousness,so as to improve the quality of marriage and reduce the defects and the disabled child birth.
