医疗机构输血科代缴用血互助金体系建立的几点经验与体会

Experience of establishing blood transfusion department of medical institutions pay for mutual gold system

乌鲁木齐市各医疗机构输血科在接到乌鲁木齐市献血办公室文件后均响应制度要求,开始陆续地实行缴纳用血互助金。在有关单位的配合和广大市民的参与下,有力地促进了互助献血,各医院临床用血紧张问题得到了较大程度的缓解。但用血互助金的收缴过程较为繁琐,可引起医疗机构与患者之间的医疗纠纷等问题。现笔者针对本院开展用血互助金收缴工作中遇到的问题,总结一套较有效的收缴体系,取得了较好的效果。

Department of blood transfusion and medical institutions in Urumqi city response to the system requirements in Urumqi city received blood donation office documents.They began to implement paid by blood mutual fund.In coordination with the relevant units and the general public participation,they promoted the mutual blood donation effectively.The hospital clinical blood use tensions were eased greatly.But the blood collection process of mutual gold is very complex.It can cause the medical disputes between medical institutions and patients.Now the author aimed the problems in the collection work of blood mutual fund,and summed up a set of effective collection system,and achieved good results.
