摘要目的:探讨口服糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECPOD)的疗效。方法:2012-2013年收治AECPOD患者100例,随机分为试验组与对照组,各50例,试验组采取口服糖皮质激素进行治疗,对照组仅采用常规治疗,对两组在治疗前后肺功能FEV1和血气进行观测记录。结果:试验组相对于对照组的肺功能以及血气都有了明显的改善和提高(P<0.05)。结论:采用口服糖皮质激素治疗对于AECPOD有效。 Objective:To investigate the effect of oral corticosteroids in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECPOD).Methods:100 cases with AECPOD were selected from 2012 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The experimental group were taken oral glucocorticoid treatment.The control group only received routine treatment.We observed and recorded the pulmonary function FEV and blood gas of the patients of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The lung function and blood gas of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of oral glucocorticoids treatment for AECPOD is efficient.
