苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗高血压合并冠心病120例疗效观察

The observation of the curative effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin treated on 120 cases of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法:2013年3月-2014年5月收治高血压合并冠心病患者240例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各120例,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗。结果:观察组治疗后血压和血脂明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀钙联合用药可以有效降低血脂和血压,是治疗高血压合并冠心病的良好药物组合。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:240 cases with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected from March 2013 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 120 cases in each.The control group were given Nifedipine controlled release tablets.The observation group were given amlodipine combined with atorvastatin.Results:After the treatment,the blood pressure and blood lipid of the observation group decreased significantly than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of amlodipine and atorvastatin can effectively reduce blood lipid and blood pressure,so it is a good drug combinations for the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.
