Clinical observation of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation

目的:探讨并观察新生儿窒息复苏的临床情况与结果。方法:根据新生儿复苏指南和要求,对收治的40例窒息新生儿实施复苏。结果:经过及时复苏,38例新生儿复苏成功,复苏成功率95.0%,2例新生儿家属放弃救治。结论:在新生儿窒息中应及时实施复苏,同时还应严格按照复苏要求和规定操作,熟练掌握相关技术要领,以确保新生儿得以及时苏醒。

Objective:To investigate and observe the clinical situation and results of neonatal resuscitation.Methods:We made resuscitation for 40 cases of neonatal asphyxia according to the guidelines and requirements of neonatal resuscitation.Results:After the timely recovery,38 cases of neonatal resuscitation;the recovery rate was 95%.2 cases of neonatal relatives gave up.Conclusion:We should be in the timely implementation of recovery in neonatal asphyxia,and also should be strictly in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the recovery to be operational,and master the related techniques,in order to ensure that the newborn can recovery timely.
