摘要
目的:分析研究Dieulafoy病在内镜之下黏膜内注射联合钛夹钳夹治疗的临床效果。方法:2012年3月-2014年2月收治Dieulafoy病患者20例,对其实施内镜下黏膜内注射联合钛夹钳夹治疗,对其临床治疗效果给予分析研究。结果:20例患者都能够立即止血,无一例患者出现再次出血以及其他相关并发症,止血成功率100%。所有患者在临床手术以后6~10周复查电子胃镜显示病灶完全愈合,金属止血钛夹全部脱落。结论:Dieulafoy病在内镜之下黏膜内注射联合钛夹钳夹治疗,可以获得良好的止血效果,并且发生并发症的几率明显减少,使患者健康生活质量得到保障。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of Dieulafoy disease treated with endoscopic injection combined with titanium clip forceps.Methods:20 Dieulafoy disease patients were selected from March 2012 to February 2014.They were treated with endoscopic injection combined with titanium clip forceps.We analyzed the clinical treatment effect.Results:20 cases were all able to immediately stop bleeding.No re-bleeding and other complications occurred,Hemostatic success rate was 100%.At 6 to 10 weeks after operation,all the patients underwent endoscopic examination.Results showed that lesions were completely healed,and hemostatic metal titanium clamp were all off.Conclusion:The use of endoscopic injection combined with titanium clip forceps for treatment of Dieulafoy disease can obtain good hemostasis effect,and complication rate is low.It can guarantee the quality of life of the patients.
