塞来昔布联合FOIFOX4方案治疗大肠癌56例疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨塞来昔布联合FOIFOX4方案治疗大肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将102例晚期大肠癌患者随机分成塞来昔布联合FOIFOX4化疗组和单纯FOIFOX4化疗组,比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果:两组有效率分别为53.6%和39.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:塞来昔布联合FOIFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌有效率高,安全性好,疗效优于单纯FOIFOX4方案。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of celecoxib combined with FOIFOX4 scheme in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods:102 cases with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the celecoxib combined with FOIFOX4 chemotherapy group and simple FOIFOX4 chemotherapy group.The effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of two groups were 53.6% and 39.3%.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Celecoxib combined with FOIFOX4 scheme in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer has high effective rate and good safety.Its curative effect is better than FOIFOX4 scheme.
