摘要
硫酸镁为抗惊厥药,因其给药途径不同,在临床上发挥的作用也不同,是妇产科临床中治疗妊娠高血压综合征最常用的药物,常用于妊娠高血压,降低血压,治疗先兆子痫和子痫,也用于治疗早产。硫酸镁的药理作用广泛,临床作用明显,但过量时亦可引起严重的不良反应或后果,故临床应用时应密切观察患者血压、呼吸、心率的变化,发现问题及时纠正或调整用药剂量。
Magnesium sulfate is anticonvulsants.The effects in the clinical are also different because the administration routes are different.It is the most commonly used drug in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension in clinical obstetrics and gynecology.It is used in pregnancy hypertension,lowering blood pressure,treatment of preeclampsia and eclampsia.It is also used in treating premature delivery. Magnesium sulfate has extensive pharmacological effects and obvious clinical effect, but too much can cause serious adverse reactions or consequences, so the clinical application should closely observe the change of blood pressure,breathing and heart rate, to find problems in a timely manner to correct or adjust the dosage.
