樟脑与克霉唑软膏联合治疗股癣和足癣的临床疗效

Camphor combined with clotrimazole ointment in the treatment of tinea cruris and tinea pedis

目的:探讨樟脑联合克霉唑软膏治疗股癣和足癣的疗效。方法:收治股癣和足癣患者100例,将樟脑碾碎为粉末与克霉唑软膏混合后均匀涂抹患处。结果:2~3 d后,水疱以及糜烂结痂,4~5 d后患处蜕皮,9~10 d后,患处蜕皮结束,皮肤颜色恢复正常,治愈。结论:本方法简便、价廉,效果好。

Objective:To explore the effect of camphor combined with clotrimazole ointment in the treatment of tinea cruris and tinea pedis.Methods:Camphor was crushed into powder,and then it was mixed with clotrimazole ointment,then it was evenly coated in the affected area.Results: 2 to 3 days later, blisters and erosion was scabby.4 to 5 days later, molting was started. 9 to 10 days later, molting was end, and affected skin color returned to normal.It was cure.Conclusion:This method is simple,inexpensive,and the effect is good.
