摘要 目的:了解本社区内老年人白内障患病率及分布特征,为探讨改进防治白内障工作提供依据。方法:对本社区疑似和(或)白内障患者作病史询问、裸眼和矫正视力检查、诊断、登记。结果:本社区老年人白内障患病率35.00%,≥60岁人群白内障患病率随年龄增长而升高。结论:白内障发病与年龄正相关。 Objective:To understand the prevalence rate and distribution characteristics of senile cataract in this community,in order to investigate provide a basis for improving the prevention and treatment of cataract operation. Methods:We asked medical history,naked and corrected visual acuity,diagnosis,registration for the community suspected and(or) of cataract patients.Results:The prevalence rate of this community elderly cataract was 35%.The prevalence rate of cataract in aged 60 years and above increased with age.Conclusion:Cataract positively is correlated with age.
