荆防止痒方加味治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒临床观察

Clinical observation of self-made Jing Fang relieve itching prescription flavored in the treatment of diabetes itchy skin

目的:探讨荆防止痒方加味治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组服荆防止痒方,1剂/d,水煎2次温服,对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪片5 mg,每晚1次。结果:治疗组有效率96.87%,复发率4%;对照组有效率85.71%,复发率30%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:荆防止痒方加味治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒较用西药盐酸西替利嗪片疗效显著,且复发率低。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Jing Fang relieve itching prescription flavored in the treatment of diabetes itchy skin.Methods:60 cases with diabetes itchy skin were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with Jing Fang relieve itching prescription,1 dose one day,the water fries 2 times clothes.The control group were treated with 5 mg levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,1 time one late.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.87%;the relapse rate was 4%.The effective rate of the control group was 85.71%;the relapse rate was 30%.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jing Fang relieve itching prescription flavored in the treatment of diabetes itchy skin has significant effect compared with western medicine cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,and its relapse rate is low.
