手法按摩治疗周围性面瘫30例体会

Experience of massage in treating peripheral facial paralysis in 30 cases

目的:观察手法按摩治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法:取自制牵正祛风液20 m L加热至50℃涂擦患侧颜面,医者手取自制按摩膏适量均匀涂擦患侧印堂、攒竹、鱼腰等穴位,在用轻柔按摩手法同时嘱患者主动训练加抗阻手法。结果:临床总有效率100%。结论:本方法采用手法与药法相结合,主动训练与被动训练相结合,使面瘫恢复起效快,病程缩短,体现中医外治的特色方法。

Objective:To explore the effect of massage in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Homemade Qian Zheng Qu Feng solution 20 m L was heated to 50 ℃,and then was rubbed into the side of the face.The doctor removed the right amount of homemade massage cream,and it was evenly spread onto the side of the glabella,Zan Zhu,Yu Yao and other acupuncture points,then the doctor used the gentle massage,at the same time,we asked the patient to active training plus anti impedance technique.Results:The total clinical efficiency was 100%.Conclusion:The method combines techniques and drug,active training and passive training,face paralysis restores is fast.Duration is shortened.It can truly embody traditional Chinese medicine effective external characteristic method.
