摘要
目的:探讨和分析优质护理服务在心胸外科临床护理中的运用效果。方法:收治心胸外科患者86例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施优质护理服务。比较两组治愈率、并发症发生率及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组治愈率、并发症发生率及患者满意度均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心胸外科临床护理中运用优质护理服务能够明显提高患者治愈率,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the high quality nursing service in the application of clinical nursing in cardiothoracic surgery.Methods:86 cases in cardiothoracic surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given conventional nursing.The observation group were given the high quality nursing service.We compared the cure rate,incidence of complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the cure rate,complication rate and patient satisfaction were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing service in the application of clinical nursing in cardiothoracic surgery can significantly improve the cure rate of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
