围手术期健康教育对乳腺癌术后康复的影响

Effect of health education in peri operation period on rehabilitation of breast cancer patients after the operation

目的:探讨围手术期健康教育对乳腺癌术后康复的影响。方法:2010年1月-2013年12月收治乳腺癌患者32例,均为女性,全部经手术和病理确诊,均采用手术根治治疗,同时随机将其分成护理组与对照组,各16例。对照组:手术前后对患者和家属采用传统方法的卫生知识宣教。观察组:向患者和家属进行了分期式连续系统教育,即患者入院后、手术前、手术后、出院前4个阶段,评估患者不同阶段的健康需求和心理状况。结果:观察组恢复效果明显较对照组好。结论:对乳腺癌患者不同时期采取不同的健康教育目标,分为入院后和手术前主要提高对手术治疗的认识,增强信心,减轻焦虑,手术后和出院前指导患者进行康复训练,心理疏导,增加健康知识。使患者接受知识,改变行为,从而提高健康教育的效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of health education in the peri operation period on the rehabilitation after breast cancer operation.Methods:32 cases with breast cancer were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.All of them were female.All were confirmed by operation and pathology.They were treated with radical operation,and they were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group with 16 cases in each.The control group were given the health knowledge education through the traditional methods before and after operation.The observation group were given the staged continuous education,that was the 4 stages of when the patients after admission,before operation,after operation,before discharge.We assessed the health needs in patients with different stages and the psychological status.Results:The patients recovery effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:To adopt the different health education objective on different stages of breast cancer patients,we divided it into improving understanding of the treatment of operation,strengthening confidence,and reducing anxiety mainly after admission and before the operation.We guided the patients for the rehabilitation training,psychological counseling,and improved health knowledge after operation and before discharge.We made the patients receive knowledge and change their behavior positive,so as to improve the effect of health education.
