头颈部肿瘤放射治疗所致口咽黏膜炎症的护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的:口咽黏膜炎是头颈部肿瘤放射治疗患者普遍存在的一种症状,是一种在头颈部肿瘤放射治疗时不可避免的一种不良反应。本文就针对因头颈部肿瘤放射治疗所致口咽黏膜炎症的护理进行了探讨,分析对不同等级口咽黏膜炎症的护理方法。做好口咽黏膜炎症早期的预防,加强有关护理,利用抗生素进行配合治疗,力求为减轻头颈部肿瘤放射治疗患者因口咽黏膜炎症带来的痛苦提供一些帮助。 Oropharyngeal mucosal inflammation is a widespread symptom of patients with head and neck tumor radiotherapy.It is a kind of inevitable side reaction in head and neck pain during radiotherapy.This paper will discuss the care for oral mucosa inflammation induced by head and neck cancer radiotherapy,and analyze the nursing methods of different grades of oropharyngeal mucosal inflammtion.We do early prevention of oropharyngeal mucosal inflammation better,strengthen nursing,and accomplate with the use of antibiotics,in order to provide some help for reducing the patients' pain of oral mucosa inflammatory because of the treatment of head and neck cancer radiation.
