法医病理检案工作中的人为现象

The man-made phenomena in forensic pathology inspection work

目的:对法医病理检案工作开展过程当中所涉及到的人为现象表现及其应对措施展开分析与探讨。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收集初步鉴定报告出现偏差的案例资料15例,作为研究对象,展开回顾分析。对初步鉴定报告与最终鉴定报告产生偏差的人为原因进行分类与观察。结果:15例患者中,10例患者属于胸外心脏按压后鉴定产生的人为现象,5例患者属于尸检操作不规范后鉴定产生的人为现象。结论:在法医病理检案工作开展过程当中,常见大量的人为现象,不谨慎处理可能误判为生前损伤或病理变化,产生鉴定失误的问题。临床需要找准原因,采取对策。

Objective:To analyze and explore the involved man-made phenomena and countermeasures in the forensic pathology inspection work process.Methods:15 cases of declinational data in the preliminary identification report were selected from January2013 to January 2014.They were as the study objects with review analysis.Man-made causes of the deviation on the preliminary identification report and final identification report were classified and observed.Results:In 15 cases,10 cases belonged to the man-made phenomena of the identification after external chest compression;5 cases belonged to the man-made phenomena of the identification after irregular autopsy operation.Conclusion:In the forensic pathology inspection work process, vast man-made phenomena are often been see.Not careful dispose may be mistaken for antemortem injury or pathological changes,and it appears the appraisal errors.The clinical need to pinpoint the causes and take countermeasures.
