核苷类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎常见不规范用药的原因分析及对策

The reason of common irrational drug use of nucleoside analogues in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and investigate the countermeasures

目的:探讨核苷类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎(慢性乙肝)常见不规范用药的原因分析及对策。方法:2012年5月-2013年5月收治慢性乙肝患者240例,回顾性分析其临床资料,对不规范用药患者进行原因分析并提出相关对策。结果:年龄、病程、经济收入、文化程度、药物不良反应、慢性乙型肝炎相关知识都会影响规范用药。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者进行核苷类药物治疗过程中存在一定程度的用药不规范,其影响因素复杂,应实施相应措施以提高治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the reason of common irrational drug use of nucleoside analogues in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and investigate the countermeasures.Methods:240 cases with chronic hepatitis B were selected from May 2012 to May2013.We retrospectively analyzed their clinical data,analyzed the causes of irrational drug use and put forward the related countermeasure.Results:Age,course of disease,economic income,educational level,adverse drug reactions,chronic hepatitis B knowledge affected the standard medication.Conclusion:There was a certain degree of irrational drug use in patients with chronic hepatitis B taken nucleoside drugs.The factors was complex.We should implement the corresponding measures to improve the therapeutic effect.
