摘要
目的:研究依巴斯汀联合法莫替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治慢性荨麻疹患者70例,并将其随机分成试验组和对照组,各35例。试验组采用依巴斯汀联合法莫替丁的方法治疗,对照组采用口服依巴斯汀的方法治疗,10 mg/次,1次/d。并且对患者不良反应进行观察。结果:试验组中治愈12例,显效8例,有效14例,无效1例,有效率97%。对照组中治愈10例,显效8例,有效10例,无效7例,有效率80%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依巴斯汀联合法莫替丁治疗慢性尊麻疹临床疗效显著,值得对其进行推广和应用。
Objective:To study the method of ebastine combined with famotidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:70cases with chronic urticaria were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The experimental group were treated with ebastine combined with famotidine.The control group were treated with oral ebastine 10 mg,1 time one day.And the adverse reactions were observed.Results:In the experimental group,12 cases were cured;8 cases were markedly effective;14 cases were effective;1 case was invalid;the effective rate was 97%.In the control group,10 cases were cured;6 cases were markedly effective;7 cases were effective;7 cases were invalid;the effective rate was 80%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ebastine combined with famotidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria has significant clinical curative effect.It is worthy of promotion and application.
