摘要
目的:探讨三镜联合治疗胆囊及胆总管结石并发症的护理措施。方法:2012年6月-2013年6月收治胆囊合并胆总管结石患者30例,采用三镜联合胆总管探查术进行治疗,并对患者术后并发症的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组30例患者中,3例肩背部酸痛,3例伤口疼痛,1例内镜术后出血。结论:三镜联合胆总管探查术治疗胆囊及胆总管结石,并对术后并发症进行针对性的护理,取得了很好的临床效果。
Objective:To explore the nursing care of complications of three endoscopic treatment of gallbladder and common bile duct calculi.Methods:30 cases with gallbladder and common bile duct stones were selected from June 2012 to June 2013.They were treated with the combined three endoscopes in common bile duct exploration.Nursing data of complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 30 cases,3 cases were shoulder back pain;3 cases were wound pain;1 case was bleeding after endoscopic sinus surgery.Conclusion:Three endoscopes combined with common bile duct exploration treat for cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis,and the pertinent nursing was given for postoperative complications.Clinical effect is good.
