下乳涌泉汤治疗肝郁气滞型产后缺乳的临床观察及护理干预

Clinical observation and nursing intervention of Xia Ru Yong Quan Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of postpartum hypogalactia

目的:观察下乳涌泉汤治疗肝郁气滞型产后缺乳的临床效果。方法:针对162例肝郁气滞型产后缺乳患者的临证分型给予下乳涌泉汤口服,配合临床护理及观察,观察用药效果。结果:有效率90.12%。结论:下乳涌泉汤具有疏肝解郁、活血化瘀之功效,对于肝郁气滞型产后缺乳具有明显的治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xia Ru Yong Quan Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of postpartum hypogalactia.Methods:162 patients with stagnation of liver Qi postpartum hypogalactia were given Xia Ru Yong Quan Decoction according to the clinical classification of them.We combined with the clinical nursing and observation to understand the effect of drugs.Results:The efficiency was 90.12%.Conclusion:The Xia Ru Yong Quan Decoction has liver qi stagnation,promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis.For the stagnation of liver qi type of postpartum hypogalactia it has obvious therapeutic effect.
