ICU老年患者压疮的危险因素分析及集束化护理干预

The analysis of the risk factors of bedsore in elderly patients of ICU and bundle nursing intervention

目的:危重患者是压疮的好发人群,老年患者又是压疮发生的高危人群。压疮的现代护理发展方向是防治结合,预防胜于治疗。ICU的患者除常规好发部位外,还应注意电极片、血压袖带、引流管、导联线及气管插管、吸氧管所导致的压疮。所以压疮的预防是ICU护理工作的重点,但由于ICU的患者压疮发生部位比较广泛,压疮的预防又成为了护理工作难点。为了更好地有效地护理危重患者,减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量,本文就压疮预防的护理体会作一简要报告。

Bedsores always occur in critically ill patients,especially in elderly patients.The direction of modern nursing development of bedsores is combining prevention with control.Prevention is more important than cure.Except conventional predilection sites,patients in ICU should also be noted the blood pressure cuff electrode plate,tube,wire,oxygen tube and tracheal intubation caused pressure sore.So the pressure ulcer prevention is the key of ICU nursing work.But because of the site of ICU pressure ulcer is more extensive,pressure ulcer prevention has become the nursing difficulties.In this paper,we make a brief report on the care prevention experience,in order to effectively care for critically ill patients,alleviate the suffering and economic burden of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the quality of life.
