种植修复附着龈增宽术的护理配合

Nursing coordination of implant restoration attached gingiva broadening

目的:总结种植修复附着龈增宽术的护理配合要点及体会。方法:收治种植修复前行附着龈增宽术患者82例,作为研究对象,所有患者均行根向复位瓣术以增强附着龈宽度。临床护理中,术前给予患者心理护理、手术基础准备;术中通过系统性护理配合,加强与手术医师的密切配合,提高患者手术治疗的依从性;术后给予患者专业指导,促进患者康复。结果:经手术治疗后,随访观察本组82例患者附着龈增宽约3~4 mm,平均(2.8±1.4)mm,且附着龈坚韧不可移动,呈粉红色;同时,患者手术部位牙龈均无出血、龈沟液增多及溢脓现象。结论:附着龈增宽术作为种植修复治疗的关键环节,于手术开展的整个过程中予以系统的护理配合对提高手术治疗效果、保证手术的顺利进行具有重要的意义。

Objective:To summarize the nursing cooperation key point and experience of implant restoration attached gingiva broadening.Methods:82 cases with implant restoration forward attached gingiva broadening were selected.They were as the research objects.All patients were given apically repositioned flap surgery to enhance the width of attached gingiva.In the clinical nursing,the psychological nursing and surgery based preparation were given to patients before operation.Systemic nursing cooperation strengthened the close cooperation of surgery doctors and improved the operation treatment compliance of patients during operation.The professional guidance was given to patients after operation for promoting the patient recover.Results:After the operation treatment,82 cases in this group with follow-up observation,their attached gingiva width increased 3~4 mm,the average was(2.8±1.4)mm,and the attached gingiva was tough and not moving,pink.At the same time,gingival operation part of patients had no bleeding,gingival crevicular fluid increased and overflow pus phenomenon.Conclusion:The attached gingiva broadening is the key point for implant restoration treatment.In the whole process of operation,systematic nursing cooperation has important significance on the improving operation treatment effect and ensuring smooth operation.
