山东德州市儿童生长发育现状与喂养的相关研究

Research on the correlation between the growth status and feeding of children in Dezhou city of Shandong province

目的:了解我国北方地区儿童生长发育及营养状况,以进一步明确相关影响因素,同时为下一步制定、实施相关管理办法,并且制定科学、有效的干预措施提供理论依据。方法:分别于2008年、2012年进行两轮儿童营养监测分析,随机抽取德州市5个县级城市,分别对其县城和农村<6岁儿童不同月龄组进行了身高和体重调查,自行设计相关调查问卷,对被调查儿童家长进行面对面的问卷调查。结果:2012年城市男童及女童的身高、体重中位数与WTO标准值基本接近,而农村男女童身体、体重中位数均低于WTO规定标准。2008年城市和农村男女童的身高和体重均与WTO标准相差甚远。结论:随着近年来我国社会经济的不断进步,儿童生长发育迟缓率及低体重率持续下降。

Objective:To acquaintance the growth and nutritional status of children in the northern area of China,defined the related factors further,and provide theoretical basis for made the implementation of related management methods,for the next step,and formulate a scientific,effective intervention measures.Methods:We Monitored and analyzed child nutrition in 2008 and in2012.5 countys were random Ly selected from Dezhou city,using a self-designed questionnaire,to investigate weight and height of children below 6 years old in different age groups of county and rural respectively,and investigate children's parents face-to-face.Results:The median of height and weight in city boys and girls in 2012 were basically similar with WTO standard,but in the rural boys and girls,median of height and weight were lower than that of WTO standard.In 2008 the city and rural children's height and weight were far from WTO standards.Conclusion:With the development of social economy in our country in recent years,the rate of growth retardation and low birth weight rates in children continue to drop.
