Empirical comparative analysis of benefit equity of balancing urban and rural development mode of “Unity”and “double” medical insurance

经过多年实践探索,广东实现了全省医疗保险城乡统筹,制度运行日臻成熟,形成"全统一"和"二元制"两种模式。本文通过泰尔指数分析中山市和湛江市的受益公平性差异,为探索更加公平的医保城乡统筹模式提供借鉴参考。

After years of practice and exploration,in Guangdong Province,we implemented medical insurance for urban and rural areas.System operation is gradually mature.It formed 'unity' and 'double' two kinds of mode.According to the Theil index,in this paper,the author analyzes the benefit equity difference in Zhongshan city and Zhanjiang city,to provide reference for exploring more equitable health care in rural and urban patterns.
