泮托拉唑与法莫替丁治疗上消化道出血疗效比较

Comparison of the curative effect of pantoprazole and famotidine in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的:探讨泮托拉唑与法莫替丁治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:2011年8月-2013年8月收治上消化道出血患者36例,将其分为两组,其中对照组(18例)给予法莫替丁,观察组(18例)给予泮托拉唑,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗有效率97.22%明显高于对照组的72.22%,不良反应发生率5.56%明显低于对照组的19.44%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑治疗上消化道出血,疗效确切,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pantoprazole and famotidine in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:36 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were selected from August 2011 to August 2013.They were divided into two groups.The control group(18 cases) were given famotidine,and the observation group(18 cases) were given pantoprazole.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 72.22% of the control group.The adverse reaction incidence rate(5.56%) was significantly lower than 19.44% of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pantoprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has exact effect and less adverse reaction.It is safe and reliable,so it is worthy of promotion.
