摘要 目的:研究Herbert螺钉与微型钢板两种方法治疗桡骨小头骨折的效果。方法:2009年5月-2010年5月收治桡骨小头骨折患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组使用Herbert螺钉治疗,对照组使用微型钢板治疗。结果:在手术结束后发现,观察组患处恢复活动平均时间(4.7±2.9)d,术后并发症1例,并发症发生率0.03%;对照组患处恢复活动平均时间(5.3±3.2)d,术后并发症3例,并发症发生率0.10%。而2年后对60例患者进行随访,发现观察组恢复情况优26例,良3例,可1例,差0例,优良率达到96.7%;对照组恢复情况优24例,良2例,可2例,差2例,优良率达到86.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Herbert螺钉治疗效果显著,造成损伤小,恢复周期快,并发症少,优良率高,是治疗桡骨小头骨折的好方法,值得临床推广及应用。 Objective:To study the effects of two methods of the Herbert screws and miniature steel plate in the treatment of radial head fracture.Methods:60 patients with radial head fracture were selected from May 2009 to May 2010.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each.The observation group were treated with Herbert screw.The control group were treated with miniature steel plate.Results:At the end of the operation,the average time of the wounded part recovery activities in the observation group was(4.7±2.9)days.The number of postoperative complications was 1 case,and the complication rate was0.03%.The average time of the wounded part recovery activities in the control group was(5.3 ± 3.2)days.The number of postoperative complications was 3 cases,and the complication rate was 0.03%.After 2 years of follow-up 60 patients,in the recovery condition of the observation group,26 cases were excellent;3 cases were good;1 case was ok;0 was bad;the excellent and good rate reached 96.7%.In the recovery condition of the control group,24 cases were excellent;2 cases were good;2 cases was ok;2 cases were bad;the excellent and good rate reached 86.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbert screw treatment has significant treatment effect,less damage,fast recovery cycle,less complication and high excellent and good rate.It is a good method for the treatment of radial head fractures.It is worthy of the clinical promotion and application.
