口腔行为学对老年人口腔义齿修复效果的影响

Influence of oral behavioral science on the elderly oral denture remediation effect

目的:了解口腔行为学对于老年人口腔义齿修复效果的影响。方法:选择进行修复治疗的80例老年患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,采取不同的护理方式,通过两组在焦虑减轻程度、复诊率以及义齿修复满意度方面的比较,来分析在临床护理工作中运用口腔行为学知识对老年人义齿修复效果的影响。结果:两组的焦虑程度比治疗前均有好转,与对照组相比,观察组的焦虑程度、复诊率以及义齿修复满意度明显好转。结论:老年人口腔义齿修复过程中,护理人员运用相应的口腔行为学知识于工作中,能够明显改善患者的义齿修复效果,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective:To understand the influence of oral behavioral science on the elderly oral denture remediation effect.Methods:80 elderly patients with restorative treatment were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.They were taken different nursing ways.The anxiety alleviative degree,the referral rate and the denture remediation satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.It used to analyze the use in clinical nursing work and the influence of oral behavioral science knowledge on the elderly oral denture remediation effect.Results:The anxiety degrees of two groups were better than before treatment.Compared with the control group,the anxiety degree,the referral rate and the denture remediation satisfaction of patients in the observation group were clearly better.Conclusion:In the elderly oral denture remediation process,the use of the oral behavioral science knowledge in the work by the nurses can significantly improve the denture remediation effect of patients.It has a high clinical value.
