胃镜确诊十二指肠钩虫病43例临床体会

Clinical experience of 43 cases of ancylostomiasis duodenale diagnosed by gastroscopy

目的:十二指肠钩虫病是一种较为常见的疾病,对患者的健康产生严重的影响。感染后主要症状为贫血、营养不良、胃肠功能失调,但其症状不具有特征性,故诊断较为困难,且容易误诊及漏诊。本文简要介绍胃镜确诊十二指肠钩虫病43例的临床体会。

Ancylostomiasis duodenale is a common disease.It has a serious impact on the health of patients.After infection,the main symptoms are anemia,malnutrition and gastrointestinal dysfunction,but it has no characteristic symptoms,so the diagnosis is difficult,and easy to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.In this paper,the author briefly introduces the clinical experience of 43 cases of ancylostomiasis duodenale diagnosed by gastroscopy.
