颅脑损伤患者开颅手术的围手术期护理分析

Analysis of perioperative nursing of craniotomy of patients with craniocerebral injury

目的:探究颅脑损伤患者开颅手术后围手术期护理方法及疗效。方法:2011年3月-2013年9月收治颅脑损伤患者72例,并随机分为观察组与对照组,各36例。观察组给予围手术期综合护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组疗效。结果:在总有效率与并发症发生率上,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅脑损伤患者开颅手术经围手术期护理,可有效控制并发症的发生,预后效果显著,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective:To discuss the perioperative nursing method and curative effect of patients with craniocerebral injury after craniotomy.Methods:72 cases with craniocerebral injury were selected from March 2011 to September 2013.They were random Ly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each.The observation group were given perioperative comprehensive nursing.The control group were given conventional nursing.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The differences of the total effective rate and the complication incidence rate between two groups were statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative nursing of patients with craniocerebral injury after craniotomy can effectively control the occurrence of complications.Its prognosis effect is significant.So it is worthy of extensive application in clinic.
