摘要
目的:总结卒中相关性肺炎的护理。方法:收治卒中相关性肺炎患者34例,经药敏试验选择敏感抗生素的同时,给予综合治疗及强化基础护理。结果:34例卒中相关性肺炎均经药敏试验选择敏感抗生素,同时给予综合治疗及强化基础护理,25例康复,6例死亡,3例放弃治疗。结论:通过强化基础护理工作,采取有效的护理措施,降低了卒中相关性肺炎的致残率和病死率。
Objective:To summarize the nursing of stroke associated pneumonia.Methods:34 patients with stroke associated pneumonia were selected.Sensitive antibiotics were selected for them through drug sensitive test.At the same time,they were given comprehensive treatment and strengthening basic nursing.Results:34 patients with stroke associated pneumonia were given sensitive antibiotics by drug sensitive test,at the same time,they were given comprehensive treatment and strengthening basic nursing.25 cases were recovered;6 cases were died;3 cases gave up treatment.Conclusion:By strengthening basic nursing,taking effective nursing measures can reduce stroke associated pneumonia morbidity and mortality.
