摘要
本文回顾性分析社区卫生服务中心开展的精神疾病护理干预措施。抽取80例精神病患者,对其进行社区护理并建立档案,对患者进行健康教育、行为干预、饮食指导、心理干预等方面的护理干预,对干预效果进行分析。经过8个月的社区护理,患者对精神病知识的认知率、控制率得到提高,能主动配合治疗,按医嘱服药,肇事率明显降低,取得了较好的效果。
In this paper,we made a retrospective analysis of the development of psychiatric nursing intervention measures in community health centre.We selected 80 psychiatric patients,and gave community nursing to them and the established archives,then we gave patients health education,behavior intervention,diet instruction,psychological intervention and other nursing intervention,and analyzed the intervention effect.After 8 months of community nursing,the patients' psychiatric knowledge rate and control rate were improved.They could take the initiative to cooperate with the treatment,and take the medicine according to the instructions.The accident rate was decreased.It achieved good results.
