输卵管卵巢切除术后致痛经4例

Salpingo oophorectomy induced dysmenorrhea in 4 cases

痛经是妇科常见病。输卵管卵巢切除术后致冲任、胞宫受损,又由气滞血瘀、寒凝经脉、阳虚内寒、肝肾亏损所致,经行下腹疼痛,也出现一些全身症状,导致整体功能紊乱。本文用全息汤加减治疗输卵管卵巢切除术后致痛经患者4例,均取得较好的疗效。

Dysmenorrhea is a common disease of department of gynaecology.Chong channel,Ren Channel and uterus are impaired after Salpingo oophorectomy.And because of qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold stagnation in channel,Yang deficiency and cold,liver and kidney loss,the patients appear the lower abdominal pain,and also appear some systemic symptoms,leading to the overall function disorder.In this paper,the author has treated 4 cases of dysmenorrhea caused by Salpingo oophorectomy using Quanxi decoction,and they have were obtained good curative effect.
