厦门市居民对社区基本公共卫生服务知晓率和满意度调查分析

The investigation and analysis of residents awareness rate and satisfaction on basic community public health service in Xiamen city

目的:了解厦门市居民对社区基本公共卫生服务知晓率及满意度情况。方法:对厦门市5个辖区内的6家基层卫生服务单位前来就诊的成年居民进行面对面代填式问卷调查,调查问卷采用封闭式问卷。结果:居民对社区基本公共卫生服务总体知晓率80.1%,其中对于所包括项目全部清楚26.3%,知道部分项目58.8%;不知道有此项服务14.9%。对公共卫生服务的总体满意度89.8%,认为一般9.0%,不满意者仅1.2%。各社区满意度有所不同,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.76,P<0.05)。结论:厦门市居民对社区基本公共卫生服务知晓率和满意度均较高,但对服务项目并不完全了解。各社区居民对公共卫生服务满意度有明显差异,说明基本公共卫生服务均等化仍是一个严峻的课题,有待于深入研究和探讨。

objective: To investigate Xiamen residents' awareness rate and satisfaction to the basic community public health ser vice.Methods: Face to face questionnaire survey to adult residents in 6 grass-roots health service unit of the 5 districts in Xiamen Results: Residents' overall awareness rate of the community basic public health service is 80.1%,in which who know all th projects is accounted for 26.3%,who knows part of the projects is accounted for 58.8%; and the people who don't know the proj ects is accounted for 14.9%.The overall satisfaction of the public health service is 89.8%,and the general satisfaction is account ed for 9.0%,and no satisfaction is accounted for 1.2%.the satisfaction in different community is different,according the χ2tes the difference is statistically significant(χ2=17.76,P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiamen residents' awareness rate and satisfactio are high to the basic community public health service,but they don't fully understand the service project.There are significant dif ferences of residents' satisfaction on public health services in different community,which demonstrated that the equalization of ba sic public health services remains a serious issue,which need further research and discussion
