以能力为本位,以行动为导向的护理教学模式初探

Exploration of nursing teaching model with ability as the standard and action as the orientation

在中等职业护理教学中,遵循能力本位原则,运用病案教学法、情景教学法、问题教学法、角色扮演法等多种教学方法,实施以行动为导向的教学模式。通过分析学生的调查问卷及考试成绩,发现新的教学模式有利于培养学生的动手能力、评判性思维能力、解决问题的能力及团队合作能力,提高了学生的学习兴趣,缩短了行业使用及学校培养之间的距离,增强了学生适应岗位的能力。

The teaching model with action as the orientation was used in the secondary vocational nursing teaching following the principle of ability standard,which included case teaching,scene teaching method,problem teaching method,role playing method and various teaching methods.Through the analysis of the students' questionnaires and test scores,it found that the new teaching mode was helpful to cultivate students' practical ability,critical thinking ability,problem-solving ability and team cooperation ability,and improve the students' study interest,and shorten the distance between the industry use and school training and enhance the students' ability to adapt to the post.
