血液透析室是医院感染管理的重点科室之一,透析患者通过血液透析存活时间虽有延长,但获得性感染尤其是血液性感染发生率很高,已成为血液透析患者致死的主要原因之一。因此,血液透析室的感染管理不可忽视。本文就血液透析室感染管理存在的问题及对策做一简单阐述,以期望对今后工作有所帮助。

Blood dialysis room is one of the key department of hospital infection management.The survival time of dialysis patients by hemodialysis is to lengthen,but the incidence of acquired infections is high,especially blood infection.It has become one of the leading causes of death in patients receiving hemodialysis.As a result,the management of blood dialysis room infection is not to be ignored.In this paper,we will do a simple exposition about the hemodialysis room infection management problems and countermeasures in the hope that to help the future work.
