关于西药处方存在的问题及对策

On the problems and countermeasures of western medicine prescription

目的:分析西药处方存在的问题和对策。方法:以2011年4月1日-2013年1月1日开出的5 893张西药处方为研究对象,进行数据统计分析。结果:在这5 893例西药处方中,不合理处方312张(5.295%)。其中重复用药、药物联用增大毒性、药物联用降低疗效、溶媒不合理、选药不合理,用法用量不合理分别占不合理处方的12.18%、18.27%、25.64%、89.74%、21.15%、13.78%,占总处方的0.645%、0.967%、1.358%、0.475%、1.120%、5.294%。结论:医院的门诊西药处方开具的合理性还有待进一步提高,需要医师提高合理用药的水平,降低处方出错率,减少不合理现象。

Objective:To analyze the problems and countermeasures of western medicine prescription.Methods:5893 cases of western medicine prescription were selected from April 1st 2011 to January 1st 2013 as the research object.We analyzed the datas statistics.Results:In the 5893 cases of western medicine prescription,unreasonable prescriptions of 312(5.295%).The repeated drug use,drug combination increased toxicity,and reduce the efficacy,drug combination unreasonable solvents,drug selection,dosage,usage of unreasonable unreasonable accounted for unreasonable prescription 12.18%,18.27%,25.64%,89.74%,21.15%,13.78% respectively,accounting for the total prescription 0.645%,0.967%,1.358%,0.475%,1.120%,5.294% respectively.Conclusion:The rationality of the western medicine prescription in the hospital outpatient clinics remain to be further improved.It need to strengthen the level of rational drug use to reduce prescription error rate and reduce the unreasonable phenomenon.
