摘要
目的:分析富马酸伊布利特治疗心律失常的不良反应。方法:2012年4月-2013年4月收治心律失常患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用普罗帕酮治疗,观察组采用富马酸伊布利特治疗,对两组的不良反应发生情况进行分析对比。结果:观察组5例患者发生并发症,包括2例尖端扭转性室速,1例室性早搏,1例头晕头痛和1例恶心呕吐,并发症发生率12.5%。对照组15例患者发生并发症,包括4例尖端扭转性室速,2例室性早搏,6例头晕头痛和3例恶心呕吐,并发症发生率37.5%。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在观察组的5例不良反应发生患者中4例为静脉用药后1 h内发生,另外1例与用药后24 h内发病,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:富马酸伊布利特治疗心律失常主要在用药后1 h内发生不良反应,相比于普罗帕酮,富马酸伊布利特治疗心律失常能够降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性,值得在临床推广。
Objective:To explore the adverse reaction of fumarate iraq britt in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:80 patients with arrhythmia were selected from April 2012 to April 2013.They were random Ly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with propafenone,and the observation group were treated with fumarate iraq britt.We compared the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,5 cases developed complications,including 2 cases of torsade de pointes,ventricular premature beat in 1 case,1 case of dizziness,headache and nausea and vomiting in 1 case,and the complication rate was 12.5%.In the control group,15 cases developed complications,including 4 cases of torsades de pointes,ventricular premature beat in 2 cases,6 cases of head dizzy pain,3 cases of nausea and vomiting,and complication rate was 37.5%.The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In 5 cases of adverse reactions in patients of the observation group,4 cases occurred within 1hour after intravenous administration;the other 1 case occurred within 24 hours after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fumarate iraq of britt in treating arrhythmia,the adverse reactions occured mainly in an hour.Compared with propafenone,fumarate iraq britt can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.It has high security.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
