超声引导下穿刺抽脓及腔内注药治疗肝脓肿20例临床分析

Clinical analysis of ultrasound guided puncture for pus and injection in cavity in treatment of liver abscess in 20 cases

目的:探讨超声引导下穿刺治疗肝脓肿的方法及意义。方法:在超声引导下用18G穿刺针进行穿刺,抽吸脓液,并用5%甲硝唑注射液反复冲洗,脓腔内注入5%甲硝唑和抗生素溶液。治疗后复查肝脏彩超。结果:总有效率达100%,临床治愈率95%~98%,未发生并发症。结论:肝脓肿在超声引导下穿刺抽脓、冲洗、注药治疗效果显著,此方法具有创伤小、见效快、疗程短、费用较低的优点,可成为治疗肝脓肿的首选方法。

Objective:To study the methods and significance of ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of liver abscess.Methods:Under ultrasound guidance,we conducted puncture with 18 G,and sucked pus,and repeated washing with 5%metronidazole injection,injected 5% metronidazole and antibiotic solutions in pus cavity.After treatment,patients received liver ultrasound examination.Results:The total effective rate was 100%;the clinical cure rate was 95% to 98%;there was no complication.Conclusion:Under ultrasound guidance,aspiration,flushing,injection of drugs for the treatment of liver abscess is effective.This method has many advantages,such as less trauma,quick effect,short treatment course,low cost.It can become the preferred method of treatment of liver abscess.
