摘要
目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶对烧伤创面的疗效。方法:2010年9月-2013年11月收治烧伤患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例,对照组使用磺胺嘧啶银治疗,观察组采取重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果:观察组创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组愈合情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对有烧伤创面患者使用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶进行治疗,其疗效显著,起效快,可提高创面痊愈率。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on burn wound.Methods:74 patients with burn were selected from September 2010 to November 2013.They were random Ly divided into the control group and the observation group with 37 cases in each.The control group were treated with flamazine.The observation group were treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel.The treatment effects of two groups were analyzed.Results:The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing condition was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of patients with burn wound has significant curative effect,fast acting,and it can improve the healing rate.
