甲状腺结节的外科手术治疗分析

Analysis of surgical operation treatment of thyroid nodules

目的:分析研究手术治疗对甲状腺结节的临床效果。方法:2013年1-12月收治甲状腺结节患者82例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:所有患者均行手术治疗,手术时间(67.1±5.2)min,术中出血量(72.1±2.4)mL,切口长度(6.0±0.3)cm,患者全部治愈,术后3例患者出现甲状腺功能减低(甲减),予左甲状腺素片治疗。全组术后无大出血、甲状腺危象及永久性喉返神经、喉上神经损伤等并发症。术后随访6~12个月,无复发病例。结论:手术方法治疗甲状腺结节临床效果好,且复发率低,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of surgical operation treatment for thyroid nodules.Methods:82 patients with thyroid nodules were selected from January to December 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All patients underwent operation treatment.The operation time was(67.1±5.2)minutes;amount of bleeding in operation was(72.1±2.4)m L;the length of incision was(6 ± 0.3)cm.All patients were cured.After operation,3 cases had hypothyroidism,who were given levothyroxine treatment.After operation,there was no bleeding,thyroid crisis and permanent recurrent laryngeal nerve,superior laryngeal nerve injury and other complications.After operation,patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,there was no recurrence.Conclusion:The clinical effect of surgical operation treatment for thyroid nodules is good,and the recurrence rate is low.It is worthy of popularization and application.
