类风湿关节炎免疫吸附剂的临床应用分析

Clinical application analysis of rheumatoid arthritis immunoadsorbent

目的:分析类风湿关节炎免疫吸附剂的临床应用效果。方法:收治类风湿关节炎患者56例,接受免疫吸附剂治疗,对比治疗前后疼痛程度、晨僵时间、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标的变化。结果:与治疗前对比,治疗后患者VAS评分下降、晨僵时间缩短、ESR、CRP等指标均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用免疫吸附剂疗法治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切,可有效缓解疼痛、晨僵症状,减轻炎性反应,在临床中值得广泛应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of rheumatoid arthritis immunoadsorbent.Methods:56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected.The patients were given immunoadsorbent treatment.The changes of pain degree,morning stiffness time,blood sedimentation(ESR),c-reactive protein(CRP) and other indicators were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with prior treatment,the VAS score of patients after treatment was decreased;the morning stiffness time was shorten;ESR、 CRP and other indicators were decreased;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immunoadsorbent therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has exact curative effect can effectively relieve pain and morning stiffness symptoms,and reduce inflammation.It is widely used in clinical treatment.
