补水柔木方加安宫黄体酮治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Bu Shui Rou Mu combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of premature ovarian failure in type of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation

目的:探讨补水柔木方加安宫黄体酮治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:2011年12月-2014年1月收治肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者68例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各34例,对照组给予补水柔木方治疗,试验组在此基础上给予安宫黄体酮治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。并按照Kuppennan评分对其潮热出汗、失眠、眩晕、心悸、情绪激动情况及雌二醇、促黄体生成激素、血清促卵泡生成激素等进行评分。结果:在月经改善情况、积分总值、心悸改善情况、潮热汗出改善情况、血清雌二醇、促黄体生成激素及促卵泡生成激素水平等方面,试验组均优于对照组,两者间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者,可选择根补水柔木方加安宫黄体酮治疗为主要方式,可有效改善患者心悸、潮热汗出情况等,以此方式提升患者整体生活质量,具有显著意义,值得各大医疗结构临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Bu Shui Rou Mu combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of premature ovarian failure in type of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.Methods:68 patients with premature ovarian failure in type of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation were selected from December2011 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 34 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Bu Shui Rou Mu,and the experimental group were treated with medroxyprogesterone on the basis of the treatment given by the control group.We compared the clinical efficacy of two groups,and estimated the estradiol,luteinizing hormone,serum follicle stimulating hormone,etc,according to the Kuppennan score.Results:In the experimental group,the improvement of Menstruation,integral value,improvement of palpitations,improvement of fever and sweating,the levels of serum estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in follicular stimulating were more obvious than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with premature ovarian failure in type of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,we can select traditional Chinese medicine of Bu Shui Rou Mu combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate as the main treatment.It can effectively improve the situation of heart palpitations,fever and sweating.By this way,it can enhance the overall quality of patients' life significantly.So it is worthy of clinical application in the medical structure.
