活血化瘀在中医内科中的临床应用

Clinical application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in department of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探究与分析活血化瘀在中医内科中的临床应用。方法:2012年6月-2014年6月收治患者70例作为试验组,病种包括心悸、腹痛、头痛、胃脘痛等,均给予活血化瘀法治疗,另选择同时期收治的患者70例作为对照组,给予其一般常规治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组经过治疗后总有效52例(74.29%),试验组经过治疗后总有效64例(91.43%)。试验组较对照组相比总有效率明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀在中医内科治疗中的临床应用较为广泛,可治疗的病种较多,有较为突出的临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in department of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:70 patients were selected from June 2012 to June 2014,diseases including heart palpitations,abdominal pain,headache,stomachache.They were treated with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.At the same time,70 patients were selected,and they were given conventional treatment.We observed the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the control group,52 cases(74.29%) were effective.In the experimental group,64 cases(91.43%) were effective.Compared with the control group,the total efficiency of the experimental group was improved significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is widely in Chinese medicine treatment in the department of internal medicine.It can cure many diseases and ensure good clinical efficacy.It is worthy of promotion.
