分析根管治疗术在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中应用的可行性

Analysis of the application feasibility of root canal therapy in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions

目的:分析根管治疗术在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中应用的可行性。方法:收治牙周牙髓联合病变患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组主要采用牙周系统联合根管治疗术治疗,对照组主要采用牙周系统治疗,并观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:经过1年随访得知,观察组142颗患牙中,治疗显效91颗,有效43颗,治疗失败8颗,临床治疗总有效率94.37%;对照组68颗患牙中,治疗显效5颗,有效35颗,治疗失败28颗,临床治疗总有效率58.82%。观察组的治疗总有效率明显比对照组高,两组的疗效数据存在明显的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根管治疗术在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中应用的效果显著,可行性高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the application feasibility of root canal therapy in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions.Methods:100 patients with periodontal-endodontic combined lesions were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the observation group were treated with periodontal system combined with root canal therapy.The patients in the control group were treated with periodontal system.The treatment effects of two groups were observed.Results:After 1 year of follow-up,in 142 of fending teeth of the observation group,91 teeth were excellent;43 teeth were effective;8 teeth were failure;the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 94.37%.In the 68 offending teeth of the control group,5 teeth were excellent;35 teeth were effective;28 teeth were failure;the total effective rate of clinical treatment was58.82%.The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the efficacy data of two groups had obvious differences with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The root canal therapy in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions has significant effect and high feasibility.It is worthy of clinical use.
