瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

Clinical observation of repaglinide and metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:观察瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法:将2型糖尿病患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组给予瑞格列奈片0.5~1.0 mg/次,3次/d,二甲双胍片0.25 g/次,3次/d;对照组给予二甲双胍0.5 g/次,3次/d,连续治疗6个月,观察两组治疗前后FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c变化。结果:两组用药后BPG、2hPBG和HbA1c均有下降,但治疗组更显著。结论:瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合用于治疗2型糖尿病疗效明显,不良反应少,患者依从性好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of repaglinide and metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with repaglinide for 0.5 to 1.0 mg/time,3 times/day,metformin tablets 0.25 g/time,3 times/day;the control group were treated with metformin 0.5/time,3 times /day,for 6 consecutive months of treatment.We observed the changes of FBG,2h PBG,Hb A1 c before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,two groups of BPG,2h PBG and Hb A1 c were decreased,but the treatment group was more significant.Conclusion:The clinical effect of repaglinide and metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant;adverse reaction is little;the patient compliance is good.
